Very happy with the results of our bathrooms and floors. These guys think in solutions, work accurate and on time, communicate well and deliver quality.
I recently had tiling and a shower screen fitted in my bathroom. From the selection of tiles and other products to keeping me updated when the work would be done and the actual workmanship itself the whole process was smooth and professional and I am very pleased with the end result. Hugh and his team helped me all the way when I wanted things added and nothing was too much trouble or difficult to sort out. His team worked hard, were pleasant, cleared up after themselves and took a pride in their work. Thank you for a job well done.

Very poor customer service. Joe could talk the talk as a good salesman but unavailable for follow up and would not reply to phone calls or emails. Avoid.
This was just a call for information re a replacement part for our bathroom. This was a positive call which was dealt with speadily and successfully

Never had I ever thought I would post to this page criticising a local company. My wife and visited Banbridge Bathroom Center on Saturday to view their ranges of bathrooms, we spoke to Joe who seemed to be in such a rush to close, that we only had time to discuss for a few minutes and then we had to leave our details for someone to call us back to arrange a home visit ( we put this down to "wanting to get away to do something" I understand that). I also got a sample tile for another project. I went back on Wednesday and ordered the tiles required for the other project, Joe explained that they could deliver tomorrow (Thursday). On Thursday morning I call Banbridge Bathroom Center and explain that I had to leave however just to leave the tiles beside the garage for which that would not be a problem.
Thursday came and went.....
I call this morning to enquire into where was the deliveryt to told by Joe that they will be out at some point today, I received no explanation or apology for the delayed delivery, I asked why I did not get a call yesterday to say that the delivery was to be delayed, Joe being his normal charming self did not care.....
With Joe's attitude I just cancelled our home visit, customer service is not high on Joe's list of achievements.
Everyone states shop local to support local businesses for which I agree with, however it is a two way street.....
Treat your customers with a bit of respect.
I had a new bathroom put in last week. The guys were great. They arrived on time and done a first class job. From I first contacted the company until all complete was less than 4 weeks. Great value and the showroom guys were very helpful with the selection of the bathroom tile and that. The lads installing the bathroom were really professional and good craic. Overall a very good experience. Thanks - I’m well pleased. 😃👍
Just had my tired and dated bathroom brought right up to date by the professional and passionate team of tradesmen who make Banbridge Bathroom Centre the successful business it is. I cannot recommend Hugh and his team highly enough,their enthusiasm to do the best job possible is matched by their respect for client and my home which was left perfect.....4days spent in good company and a beautiful bathroom at the end of it...one happy lady,thank you to all involved.
