The renovation of this solid brick house in Toronto's Roncesvalles Village was predicated on making the house fully accessible for its residents. Built by Spaces Construction and Renovation, the scope of work involved a new attached garage connecting the back laneway to the house at the basement level with a roof deck above; a residential elevator; and a full interior retrofit to open up spaces, create an accessible kitchen and bathrooms, and improve performance and comfort.
