A Green Bungalow at Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya

To create a house that is both Green and cost effective. Emphasis was given on creating the illusion of space for this small plot of land (5,400 ft2). The double volume living room act as a main “connector” to all other ancillary spaces including bedrooms with the lap pool and garden being the anchor to all the interior spaces. The house was constructed using modular concrete blocks in a natural finish. Paint and other cladding material was used sparingly and to allow natural everyday type material to show-off its natural beauty in a minimalist style.
