由山洞不規則的拱形概念作為空間的主軸 門面以透明落地拱形玻璃作為大量採光及視覺穿透的應用 內部拱形搭配不同的幾何圖形 並利用小觀景窗及粗曠質感創造窺視及神秘的感受 山洞拱形的另一面有獨立的烘焙咖啡空間及獨立的烘焙蛋糕空間 讓來店用餐的顧客們也能觀賞到烘培的過程
The space is divided into three separate sections, coffee beans roasting, cake baking and open zones. The concept of the irregular cave is used as the main spindle of space and the transparent floor arch glass is used for the large amount of light and visual penetration. Internal arches with different shapes, the use of small windows with view to creating mystical feelings. On the other side of the cave arch is the stand-alone space to roast coffee beans, bake cakes that allow customers to eat in the dining room and experience the baking process.
