MJKanny Architect was established in 2002 and is based our a studio in Kuala Lumpur. We have clients ranging from private to cooperate projects, our clients tend to be looking for Design orientated solutions or products. We pride ourselves in undertaking award winning boutique size projects with a high degree of customisation and personal involvement with the client from beginning to end of a project.
We specialise in sustainable residential projects especially bungalows and houses where we work closely with our clients taking into consideration their lifestyles, their aspirations and dreams, and help them realise the full potential of their property and what is possible when creative design, inquisitive experimentation, and research on the genius loci of the site is applied. We were voted as one of the top 10 architects here in Malaysia for our award-winning work by Top Ten Malaysia Magazine in 2018.
Also, our constant search and experimentation with architecture with a local identity has resulted in progressive design ideas that are both functional and innovative which has bagged us many awards in last 26 years of experience in construction and property development industry.Those namely are MY GREEN HOME AWARD 2012, PAM AWARD COLOUR ON BUILDING 7, ASIA PACIFIC PROPERTY AWARDS 2019-2020,PAM AWARD GOLD 2018, PAM AWARDS SILVER 2019 and PAM AWARDS COMMENDATION 2019.
