We are a design focused architects practice based in Morden, south west of London, but working in all parts of London and surrounding counties. We are working across various sectors including house extensions, self build one off houses, estate housing, specialist older persons housing and care homes, Religious and community based projects, projects for charity organisations, offices and mixed developments with retail and housing. The value of our current projects range from £35,000 for a simple loft conversion up to £2.5m for a new house on an island, with everything in between.
We offer the highest level of service for all of our projects undertaking everything you will need for the design and detailing of the work including measured surveys, feasibility studies / sketch options for discussion, development of preferred design options into a final design, including production of 3D images where appropriate, planning permission(s), Building Regulation Approval, Tender information for the contractors and contract administration if required.
Initial consultations are free and we price our work as commercially as possible and will advise you on how best to add value to your project and/or property. We also work on the interiors and fit-out elements of the project if required, designing built in furniture, advising on colours and materials or just helping with the selection of these elements.
