The ideology behind the estudio carlosarcosarquite(c)tura, from its inception, has been the creation of an open space for critical reflection and innovative production geared towards our contemporary society needs, with the highest social and environmental commitment. Our work effort relies on collective production, directing the focus of both the internal team as well as the associate consultants, along with their integrated results, towards a coherent architecture, developing a design project philosophy of its own. Our design team is comprised of highly qualified young Architects, where we prioritize an interdiciplinary relationship with the client, with great commitment and dedication to the all projects, from production to academic teaching. The daily experience in highly complex assignments, as well as in competitions, has created a team with an optimum transnational and interdisciplinary work gear. Our team was consolidaded and exteded into two locations, one in Curitiba, Brazil, and one in Montevideo, Uruguay, seven years ago when we were presented with the task (as a collective challenge and opportunity) to renovate and expand the Curitiba Arena for the World Cup FIFA Brazil 2014™. We hope that this unique experience aquired both individually and collectively by our team continues to serve our society with the same enthusiam and joy through which we design and build our projects.
