Excellent service and advice given by Stacey at the trade center, when purchasing a Towel Rail. Great communications during order process. Easy collection when advised was ready to pick up. Lots of parking available, handy for tradesman's vans.

Stuart at Cleveland Road showroom was very good. He let us looked around freely, gave good suggestions and answered all our questions patiently. Great showroom with lots of designs to look at. Delivery service also really good, they opened up all boxes upon arrival and let us inspect the goods. One item needed to be returned but re-delivered the next day. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone.

We had a new ensuite some six months ago and we're really pleased with it. The quality and choice is just splendid at Island bathrooms, and we had helpful advice and help from Stuart - invaluable. Price - yes, pretty good. We're just about to renew our main bathroom and, once again, Stuart's been really helpful. We recommend them!
