Mike and his team delivered a great service of removing two of our big trees from our back garden. We are really happy with the result and would recommend to anyone. Mike and his team have done a super job for us cutting down the tree on our front drive . Cleaned up nicely as well. It was a very smooth and speedy communication with Mike before, during and after the job. Highly recommending the team. We will have them back go do our back garden hedge as well.
The work was carried out satisfactorily and on day agreed. Tidy and quick, very quick..(I asked for more off but was persuaded not to) however I could not recommend to my clients because of the daily hassling by text, phone, WhatsApp and email for payment from the day of the work. 7 days is reasonable to pay. Which I advised & I have.

Really happy with the service from these guys. Got a quote from them on Friday and work was carried out today. Mike kept me up to date on an arrival time for the team letting me when they were on Thier way. The two guys that carried out the job were polite and professional, checking in with me to what exactly was required as they went along. They tided up on completion and cleared any debris from the job from my neighbours drive and the street. All round very good and would recommend.
Excellent company to deal with, sent them photos/video of work to do, they came back with very competitive price and we’re able to start job very quickly which consisted of the removal of a section of hedge 11 trees long, second part of the job was grinding down of the stumps to well below the soil surface. The trees were removed on Friday 4 days after the quote and the stumps ground down following Tuesday.
The operators were very friendly and efficient, they cleaned up all the waste leaving the site absolutely clean and tidy.

Friendly and efficient staff, great bunch of lads. Job well done and cleared up well before they left. You would never know a tree had been there except for the surrounding damage the tree caused when it was blown over. Will certainly use them again when the need arises.

Job was done very quickly and booked in quickly. It was done to a good standard,however an issue was raised by our neighbours to advise there where off cuts of our tree left on their side of the fence. When we asked if they could come back to collect the mess they left in our neighbours property we where told by Mike that we would have to collect and tidy ourselves. This was handled poorly to the extent that we wouldnt use them again

UPDATE: These guys lost a County Court Judgement and are required to pay out £180 in July. They have stopped all contact and ignoring the CCJ against them.
Unfortunately some of the team that arrived wasn't interested in been here. They'd told their boss (who sounds a good guy) the work was more than I'd been quoted. I've been waiting over a month for them to come back to finish after originally being quoted a week before Christmas. I ended up having to do all the cutting over day myself leaving only the shredding to them. I regrettably paid when in hindsight should have held half back until the work was done. I'm still left over a month later with all the shredding to do and I've had to put off garden works three times as a result.

I recently contacted CHESTER TREE Surgeon via WhatsApp and sent them the video of work needed and to get a qoute. Received a call the following day and competitive qoute given and work was agreed. On the day very professional and friendly guys came and chopped all the trees down and cleared and cleaned all the area too. Very happy with their service as they went above and beyond.
